Talented PR consultancies required URGENTLY!

Marketing Scout has been asked to scout out a talented PR consultancy to plan and deliver a high impact PR campaign to support a new product launch in the financial services sector.

Our client is set to become a market leader in driving innovation in the Pre-Paid cash card market in the UK, a concept that has already started to revolutionise how consumers pay for a multitude of goods and services in the USA.

This organisation is currently an SME based in the North West of England, however the owner-managers are major players from Blue Chip backgrounds. They have significant industry experience, tonnes of market insight and the necessary backing both technically and financially.

Whilst the company was only founded 18 months ago, they are already well ahead of the competition in terms of new product development. Following significant successes in delivering 3rd party solutions, they are now preparing to launch their own branded product, direct to market.

The new product launch is set for April/May 2010 and therefore they require the very best PR talent to help drive brand and product awareness across the UK. This is a tremendous opportunity to play a key part of a dynamic new product launch, and whilst the brief is initially on a project/campaign basis there is plenty of scope for further work (potentially an ongoing retainer) post launch.

Requirements: Previous experience in financial services is preferable. Strong media contacts locally and nationally is a given and a knowledge of the youth and travel sector would be advantageous.

Timings : Six consultancies will be short-listed for the client's consideration by close of business on Tuesday 26th January.
