Meet Karen

Having begun her career working for major brands Wella, Hugo Boss & Barclays, Karen moved agency side. Working across the North, most recently as an Account Director for leading independent agency BJL, Karen has experience across most marketing disciplines in both B2B & B2C markets. After moving into the marketing recruitment sector, where she had the pleasure of placing many talented individuals, Karen decided to make the most of her experience by co-founding Marketing Scout and now helps candidates to find agency roles - be they new to the industry or seasoned professionals!

Karen manages all aspects of work with agencies, helping them with issues from graduate intake through to placing new Managing Directors. Her own extensive experience in the industry has given her a real appreciation of the skills & talents that her customers require in their people, and by working alongside Helen on our client-side opportunities she is also uniquely positioned to promote agencies to new clients.
