Our retained services provide you with your very own HR Director, without the big salary! Your dedicated Scout will take briefs from your internal teams, conduct first interviews with promising candidates, run graduate intake programmes and ensure that every interview you hold is a valuable use of your time by creating bespoke tasks & briefing all candidates in advance.

We can manage all of your direct enquiries too, ensuring that applicants are well managed and given consistent feedback and leaving your time free to focus on clients. And of course, we'll keep records of every single CV you've seen, every candidate interviewed & all feedback given.

From the start of our relationship we'll make it our job to understand your agency; the type of clients you work with, the way you do business and the type of staff that would suit you. Just like an agency treats its clients, we'll submerge ourselves in your business in order to develop a true understanding of your needs.

Our fee structure allows you to spread some costs across the year, allowing you to budget better, and we also offer far better rates than working ad-hoc with a recruitment agency. What's more, our costs go down the more you use us.
